Six modules will make up the LEAP Level 1 Diversity series covering the following topics. Foundations of Diversity, Implicit Bias and Micro Aggressions, Marginalized Groups, Religion and Spiritual Life, LGBTQ+ Community, Diversity Champions & Celebration. Each Module will include a lesson, discussions, guest speakers, an assignment, resources and assessment. The final module of Level 1 will include a certificate of completion, a badge award, and a celebration of Diversity. Assessment and reflection will be included throughout the program.
