Leadership Legacy - Leadership Legacy Project

Earned the **Leadership Legacy - Leadership Legacy Project** badge. Create, develop, and execute a sustainable project that involves the leadership skills and techniques you have learned to establish lasting, positive change. The Leadership Legacy Project may be completed with others, and it is required to involve others in some fashion. It is strongly encouraged that your Leadership Legacy Project involve something you are passionate about so that you will stay engaged with your project to ensure its sustainability.

Leadership Legacy: Legacy Project Poster/Display

Earned the **Leadership Legacy: Legacy Project Poster/Display** badge. The Legacy Project Poster/Display must be completed and showcased at the annual Leaders Showcase & Soiree in the year you are graduating.  The poster/display will highlight you project by focusing on the three pillars of the leadership legacy projects: Sustainability, Impact, and Feasibility.  You will describe the need for your project and the impact it had on addressing the identified need.  Identify others who worked with you and stakeholders involved in the project.  Describe how you built in the sustainability and leadership transition to keep the project going.  Along with how you were able to complete the project using the resources available to you.  Include any leadership lessons you learned and challenges you faced while working on this project.  It is strongly encouraged to include pictures that showcase and describe your Leadership Legacy Project.  The poster/display should be able to tell the entire story of your Leadership Legacy Project without you or anyone having to tell the viewer about it.
