Make your mark by working through a self-guided path of activities at your own pace. Earning your Forte Career Ready Certificate will position you for success, increase your exposure to women in business, help you discover your professional values, provide opportunities to explore potential business careers and academic paths, and show leading MBA schools and employers that you have what it takes to succeed in the workplace. 1. Click on green person icon in upper right corner to log in. 3. Click on the “Programs” tab at the top and select “My Programs” 4. Professional Development

Attend a Forte conference or other professional development opportunity by applying through the Kogod [Educational Enhancement Fund](https://american.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eWg4fEobs4AIhZs). The application includes conference and case competition opportunities, but students can research other experiences to apply for.  SUBMISSION: Attend professional development opportunity and submit a 250-word reflection answering the following: 1. What conference/opportunity did you participate in? 2. What was the most impactful session you attended and why?
